An anonymous source claims that people are being abused for medical experiments at a laboratory in East Africa. Gail travels to Kinshasa, the capital of Congo. When she reaches her destination in East Africa, she teams up with Tayo, an African man whose granddaughter has mysteriously disappeared, to search for the truth. During their investigation, they run afoul of powerful pharmaceutical corporations and government circles.
